Paid Time Off (PTO)
|
- 20 days per calendar year earned at 1 2/3 days per month. (25 days after 5 years)
- Up to 10 days can be carried over to following year.
- Can be taken before earned with management approval.
- If employment with ARG is terminated you will be paid for all PTO earned and not yet taken and employee must reimburse ARG for any PTO taken but not yet earned.

Holidays

- 10+ days per calendar year.
- ARG recognized holidays will be taken by office staff.
- Consultants on client sites will adhere to the client's schedule of holidays. This may be more than 10 days in some cases.
